Survey and Feedback Privacy Notice
Last updated: 6 November 2026
1. What the graduate survey is
Your training provider uses Career Calling Providers to ask graduates about work, further study and how their course went. The provider sends you the link.
2. What we collect
Your answers to the questions, the qualification you completed and whether you would like to see jobs. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number, and we ask you not to include them in written answers.
Written answers are checked and anything that looks like an email address, a phone number, a link or a name is removed before your provider sees it.
3. What your provider sees
Your provider sees combined totals only, never your individual answers. Results for a qualification are shown on their own only when five or more graduates have answered.
If your provider has switched on theme summaries, a free AI service groups written answers into themes. It receives the answer text only, never quotes it, and themes mentioned by fewer than two people are left out.
4. Employer feedback
If you answer an employer feedback form, your organisation, role and answers go to the provider that sent you the link and appear in its engagement log. Your name and email are optional and only for the provider to follow up.
5. Jobs
Saying yes to jobs only shows you a link to jobs.careercalling.com.au. Nothing about you is passed on.
6. Keeping and deleting
Answers are kept while your provider uses the platform and deleted when it asks us to remove its records. Questions or requests: contact us below.
