About Career Calling Providers
A free workspace for the people who run courses, placements and quality in education and training.
Career Calling Providers is part of Career Calling, the careers and employment network of CAQA Groups. It gives education and training providers one place to list courses, find placements, hear from graduates and record what industry tells them.
We built it for the people who do this work every day: course coordinators, placement officers, quality and compliance teams, and managers who need clear evidence without another spreadsheet.
Every organisation is checked by our team before its content goes public, and the platform is designed so that no graduate can be identified from survey results.
Approved course listings appear on Career Calling Courses, and graduates who want to can look at jobs on Career Calling Jobs.
Current data only
Qualifications come from current training.gov.au data. Superseded codes are refused, never promoted.
Privacy first
We collect as little as we can. Graduates stay anonymous, and contact details are never shown publicly.
Your evidence, your call
Exports support your own reviews. We never say a tool makes anyone compliant.
People check people
Our team verifies organisations and reviews listings. Automation helps; it does not decide.
