Placement Host Terms
Last updated: 6 November 2026
1. About the placements board
The board lists work placements that verified education providers are looking for. We do not employ learners, arrange placements or act as an agent for either side.
2. Responding to a placement
When you respond, your details go to the provider that posted the placement and to our team. The provider contacts you to discuss the placement.
Responding does not commit you to anything. A placement goes ahead only when you and the provider agree it in writing.
3. Before a placement starts
The provider and you agree the placement agreement, insurance, supervision, any required checks and how assessment will work. Ask the provider for anything you need before a learner starts.
4. Safety and conduct
Host employers must give learners a safe workplace and the supervision the placement needs. Tell the provider straight away about any incident or concern.
5. Your information
We use your details only to pass your response to the provider and to support the placement. See our Privacy Policy.
