Choose a qualification from current training.gov.au data and the title fills itself. Add delivery modes, locations, intakes, duration, fees if you want to show them, and your enrolment link. Our team reviews every listing before it goes on courses.careercalling.com.au.

Post the industry, qualification, hours, dates, location, supervision and checks a placement needs. Host employers browse the board and respond through a short form. You hear from them directly; your contact details are never shown.

Graduate outcomes

Hear from graduates without collecting their details

Create a survey round for the qualifications and graduation period you choose. You get a link and a QR code to send through your own channels, so we never need your graduates’ email addresses. Results are shown only as totals, and nothing is broken down until at least five people answer.

We collect as little as we can, and we never show a graduate’s answers or a provider’s contact details in public.

Evidence to support your own outcomes review; it does not decide compliance.

    Our team checks your RTO, CRICOS or provider number before anything you publish goes public.

  • Contact details stay private

    Host employers and learners never see your staff contact details on the site. Messages are passed on.

  • Nobody is identifiable in results

    Survey results are totals only. A qualification is shown on its own only once five or more graduates have answered.

  • AI is optional and careful

    If switched on, a free AI service groups written answers into themes. It never receives names, emails or phone numbers, and never quotes anyone.

Questions employers ask

What does hosting a placement involve?

Each placement lists the hours, dates, supervision and checks the learner needs. The provider arranges the agreement, insurance and assessment with you before anything starts.

Do I need an account?

No. You respond through a short form and the provider contacts you directly.

Is there a cost?

There is no charge to browse or respond on this site.

Asked for feedback by a provider?

Providers send employers a feedback link for a course. Open the link they sent you; it takes a few minutes and needs no account.

Getting started

From sign in to your first published course

  1. Sign in with a code

    Enter your work email and we send a one-time code. There is no password to remember or leak.

  2. Add your organisation

    Name, RTO or CRICOS or provider number, ABN, website and the states you deliver in.

  3. We verify you

    Our team checks your details on the public registers and emails you when your organisation is verified.

  4. Publish and collect

    Submit course listings and placements for review, send survey and feedback links, and export your evidence.

Good to know

Is it really free?

Yes. Career Calling Providers is free while in early access. If that ever changes, we will tell signed-in providers well before anything changes and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Who can join?

Registered training organisations, TAFEs, dual sector universities, colleges and school RTOs in Australia. Our team checks every organisation before its content goes public.

Where do approved course listings appear?

On courses.careercalling.com.au, alongside the courses already listed there. Each listing links to your own enrolment page.

Can I list a superseded qualification?

No. Codes are checked against current training.gov.au data. If a qualification has been superseded, you are told which one replaced it.

Do you contact our graduates?

No. You send the survey link through your own channels. We never ask for or store graduate email addresses, and graduates do not give their names.

Does this make us compliant?

No tool can do that. The survey summary, engagement log and exports are evidence to support your own reviews; they do not decide compliance.

Who sees placement responses?

Only your organisation and our team. Host employers send their details to you through the form; the public board never shows contact details.
