Providers
Sign in with a code
Enter your work email and we send a one-time code. There is no password to remember or leak.
Add your organisation
Name, RTO or CRICOS or provider number, ABN, website and the states you deliver in.
We verify you
Our team checks your details on the public registers and emails you when your organisation is verified.
Publish and collect
Submit course listings and placements for review, send survey and feedback links, and export your evidence.

It comes from your training provider, not from us. There is no sign in.

Only totals are shared
Your provider sees combined results, never your individual answers. Jobs are optional and on your terms.

Free AI, only if you want it
Themes without quotes
When theme summaries are switched on, a free AI service reads the written answers to a survey round or your employer feedback and groups them into themes. It receives the answer text only, after emails, phone numbers, links and obvious names are removed. It never quotes an answer, and a theme mentioned by fewer than two people is left out.
Everything works without it: you always see the written answers grouped by topic, with contact details removed.
